The Town of Bennett has completed a comprehensive update to the Planning Applicant Guides. These guides outline the application process and submittal requirements for each of the Town’s planning procedures and serve as an important resource for individuals and organizations seeking to develop in Bennett.
This update aligns the guides with the Town’s current Municipal Code, technical standards, and administrative processes. Additional detail has been incorporated throughout the guides to clarify expectations and help expedite application review, while submittal requirements have been streamlined where possible.
