Animal Control

Animal Licensing

The Town of Bennett recently implemented a new system for licensing your animals. You must first create an account through the SmartGov portal. Instructions on how to do so can be found here. Once you create an account you can apply for a new animal license.

If you cannot apply online, download the animal license application here and return it to Town Hall.

The Town no longer has three-year licenses and all pet licenses will be due by January 15 of each year.

Animal License Fee

1 Year Spayed/Neutered Animal $10.00
1 Year Intact (un-spayed / un-neutered) Animal $25.00
Replacement Tags $5.00

*Senior Citizens and Military receive a 50% discount on the license fees of spayed and neutered animals
